Curriculum
Year One In the first year of this somatic education training programme, the emphasis will be on experiential and consequent theoretical understanding of the processes of movement in Dr. Feldenkrais ‘Awareness Through Movement’ ® (ATM) Lessons.
Year Two The cultivation of your own learning in ATM continues, with elaboration and development of themes from the previous year. Relationships between your internal world and the external world will be brought forward.
Year Three Trainees will be deepening their capacity to facilitate embodied learning in others through FI lessons.
Year Four The emphasis will be on the professionalisation of skills – conducting FI, conducting ATM, creating a learning environment, employing self organization, acting ethically and professionally – the integration of learning to be competent as Feldenkrais® practitioners.

Year 2 :  1 - 26 February 2017 then 1 - 26 July 2017
Year 3 : 14 February - 11 March 2018 then 16 July - 10 August 2018
Year 4 : 18 February - 15 March 2019 then 24 June - 19 July 2019

Graduation
After the successful completion of two years training in July 2017, trainees will be able to teach Awareness Through Movement® classes to the public as a trainee teacher.

Graduation as a full practitioners of the Feldenkrais Method® comes in June 2019 after 160 days on-site training and successful completion of all curriculum requirements.
