The curriculum is covered over two distinct training periods.

First Period -
Focus on Awareness Through Movement ® (ATM)

Part 1 - January, May and September 2023

The focus of this part of the training is on you learning the knowledge and skills necessary to personally and effectively practice embodied, mindful learning. This is fostered primarily through you directly experiencing an extensive repertoire of Awareness Through Movement(R) (ATM) lessons, and purposefully engaging in processes designed to assist you reflect upon those experiences. This is done through: journaling, peer group discussions, teacher facilitated discussions, reading and discussion of Feldenkrais Method® primary sources -   related literature and other media.

Monthly online tutorials with the Educational Directors will sustain you between segments.

Part 2 - September 2023, January and May 2024

Building upon knowledge and know-how you have acquired in the first part of your training, you will begin studying how ATM lessons are composed. You'll also start practising a range of skills associated with class preparation and group facilitation. Various opportunities will be created for you to practise the craft of teaching ATM whilst under the safe, supportive supervision of the educational staff. This will include practica with peers, your teachers, and subsequently with invited members of the public.
